Deborah Giles

Since the age of 16, Deborah has spoken to her generation and ministered in the prophetic. She harbors a strong desire to witness people courageously answering God's call on their lives, stepping beyond their comfort zones regardless of age, gender, or race. She firmly believes that everyone can hear God's voice.

Over the past 28 years, she has played a key role in team leadership at her local church in both California and England. Deborah has served as a prophetic voice, contributing to the establishment of Jesus Culture, Sacramento, and presently holds a position on the board of the organization. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to witness healing, experience wholeness, and bask in the Presence of God in every aspect of their lives. Alongside her husband Daniel, she serves as the Co-Director of The Jesus Culture School of Leadership, JCSL, a global online leadership school catering to those leading in the ministry and marketplace.

When not engaged in church ministry, you can find her making a significant impact as a certified health coach, aiding thousands of individuals in achieving wellness in their bodies, minds, and finances.

However, the most important role of her life remains being a supportive mother to her three children, Gabriella (17), William (15), and Wesley (13).

Pastor Mary Alvarado

Pastor Mary Alvarado, born and raised in Moses Lake, carries a powerful gift of prophetic intercession, allowing her to speak prophetically into the lives of those around her. As the Community Life Pastor at Restore City Church, she oversees the women’s ministry, where she is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and empowerment among the women of the church. With a deep passion for the presence of God, Pastor Mary is committed to seeing individuals fulfill the divine call on their lives. She is a graduate of Northwest University with a BA in Ministerial Leadership and has been faithfully serving alongside her husband, Pastor Mike, for over 25 years. Together, they share a heart for their city and a vision to see lives transformed by the power of God.

Pastor Sabrina Valdez

Pastor Sabrina Valdez has an extraordinary gift for leadership, which she uses to inspire and challenge others to reach higher levels of excellence. Overseeing the pastoral staff, volunteers, and various ministries within Restore City Church, she is deeply committed to the growth and effectiveness of our community. Pastor Sabrina’s expertise in administration and organizational management extends beyond the church, as she also runs her own leadership consulting business. Her passion for God’s presence fuels her desire to help others become more effective in both life and ministry. A graduate of Phoenix First Pastor’s College, Pastor Sabrina holds a BA in Ministerial Leadership from Northwest University and currently serves as a leadership coach with John Maxwell Ministries.

Rosa Placido

Rosa is passionate for Gods kingdom to be established on earth by ensuring her generation sees the Light of God. She hopes her testimony will help influence women’s life to being transformed and born again with the leading of the Holy Spirit.

She completed a Discipleship Program through Kingdom Inheritance and has a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Mathematics major from Eastern Washington University. She has a heart for missions with an experience of doing missions in Mexico and Africa.

Her passion is to see young people’s hearts and minds transformed by the reality of Jesus and seeing young people walking in their God ordained purpose.

Carlene McNabb

You’ll often hear Carlene say, “There’s just something magnificent about Jesus!” Why? Because Jesus saved her from herself and then breathed Holy Spirit into her spirit, and transformation began as God’s Exceedingly Great and Precious Promises and His Spirit collided within her creating the new her. Carlene then discovered she had been given a remarkable gift of delivering the extraordinarily Good News of a Loving Father and Wise Ruler who sent His Beloved Son to seek and to save each of us who is lost and then this Beloved Son chose to die so that we might truly live.

Twenty-six years ago, the Lord began using this gift in Carlene to teach at Women’s Events, Retreats, Conferences, and Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPs) throughout Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Texas, and even Africa. Shortly after this, she was certified as a Biblical Counselor through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (www.biblicalcounseling.com) and now spends most of her time with women one-on-one, discipling them to be transformed by what Jesus says about them, as well as ministering regularly alongside her husband Dan taking back marriages for the Kingdom of Heaven.

On A More Personal Note . . . Carlene’s been married to Dan for over 41 years. They love doing life together, they’re passionate about Jesus, and consider it a privilege to serve Him ministering to men and women for the purpose of growing God’s Kingdom. They have two amazing sons, two beautiful daughter-in-law’s, two precious identical twin granddaughters, and three awesome grandsons. She will tell you, “Being a Grammy is the best thing EVER!”
