General Questions

  • When you give to Restore City Church, God works in incredible ways!

    He multiplies your generosity, using it to accomplish more than we could ever ask or imagine. Your tithe helps resource the local church to fulfill God’s mission here on earth. It also allows you to be part of what God is doing both in our community and around the world through Local and Global Mission Partners.

    We are committed to honoring your gifts through faithful stewardship, ethical practices, and full accountability to ensure financial integrity remains beyond reproach.

  • Yes, Restore City Church is a U.S. not-for-profit organization and meets the tax-exempt requirements under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Tithing is an act of trust, honoring God by giving back the first 10% of our income. It’s a biblical principle where God invites us to test His faithfulness, and we’ve seen Him provide abundantly for both our church and those who put Him first in their finances.

    God has also given you a generous spirit, and we encourage you to go beyond the tithe by giving an offering to a specific cause that resonates with you.

    At Restore City Church, we offer several opportunities for giving beyond the tithe, including:

    • New Locations – Helping launch new church campuses.

    • Local & Global Missions – Supporting outreach efforts in our community and around the world.

    • Digital Reach – Expanding the impact of the Gospel through online platforms.

    No matter where you choose to give, your generosity makes a lasting impact!

Giving History and Annual Giving Statements

  • On the Subslpash Website

    Log into your account and click Account then click Gift History to view your Giving History.

    In the Restore City Church App

    1. Tap your Profile icon.

    2. Scroll down and tap on Gift History .

    If you don’t see your Giving History:

    • Ensure you’re logged in with the correct email address.

    • Make sure you have the correct year selected.

    • If using the app, check that it’s up to date.

    If you still need help, contact our Giving Team at finance@restorecity.church.

  • If we have your email on file, you will receive your annual giving statement via email at the end of the year.

    If you need a copy of your giving statement at any time, you can request one from our office by scheduling an appointment. Please contact us at (509)765-0421 or finance@restorecity.church to set up a time.

  • You can update your name, date of birth, Restore City Church location, email, and phone number through your Restore City Church app.

Ways to Give

  • There are several ways to give at Restore City Church:

    • You can give cash or checks at any Restore City Church location.

    • Give digitally using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your bank account.

  • Recurring Giving
    Recurring Giving allows you to schedule your gifts to be processed regularly. By setting up a recurring gift, you’re choosing to consistently invest in the life transformation that happens at Restore City Church.

    Recurring Giving Options:

    • Weekly

    • Bi-Weekly (every two weeks from the start date)

    • 1st & 15th

    • Monthly

    One-Time Gifts
    A One-Time Gift is a single donation that you initiate or schedule. It can be given immediately or set for a future date, but it will only be processed once.

  • On the Subsplash Website:

    1. Go to https://subsplash.com/u/restorecitychurch-wa/giveand log into your account.

    2. Click your Profile icon and select Account.

    3. Scroll down and select Make. A Gift to manage your reoccurring giving.

    In the Restore City Church App:

    1. Tap your Profile icon.

    2. Then scroll down and tap on Schedule Gifts.

    Update a Payment Method for Recurring Gifts

    1. On the Scheduled Gifts page, select your recurring gift.

    2. Click select Payment .

    3. Choose or add a new payment method at the top of the screen.

    Still Need Help?

    • If your recurring gift isn’t showing up, ensure you're logged in with the correct email address and using the latest version of the app.

    • If you can view your recurring gift but can’t make edits, it may have been created by another member of your household. Recurring gifts can only be managed through the account that created them.

  • You can give checks at any Restore City Church location or mail them to our Admin Office using the address below.

    Please make checks payable to Restore City Church and include your location or Online Campus.

Manage Payment Methods

  • You can add a new payment method through the Subsplash website or the Restore City Church app.

    On the Subsplash Giving Website:

    1. Go to the Subsplash Giving website and log in to your church account.

    2. Once logged in, click on the Giving section of the dashboard.

    3. Click on Manage Payment Methods to access your payment options.

    4. Click the Add button to add a new payment method.

    5. Select your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank transfer).

    6. Enter the required payment details such as card number, expiration date, and billing address.

    7. Click Done or Save to finalize the addition of your new payment method.

    On the Subsplash Giving Mobile App:

    1. Launch the Subsplash Giving app on your phone.

    2. Use your login credentials to access your account.

    3. Tap on the Giving section within the app.

    4. Select the option to manage your payment methods.

    5. Tap the Add button to input a new payment method.

    6. Enter the necessary payment details.

    7. Tap Done or Save to confirm the new payment method is added successfully.

  • On the Subsplash Giving Website:

    1. Go to the Subsplash Giving website and log in to your church account.

    2. Navigate to the Giving section of the dashboard.

    3. Click on the Manage Payment Methods option to access your stored payment details.

    4. Choose the payment method you want to update (e.g., your credit card).

    5. If only the expiration date has changed, simply update the expiration date field with the new information.

    6. Click Save to confirm the updated expiration date.

    7. If you want to add a nickname to your payment method, you can do so in the Nickname field and click Save.

    On the Subsplash Giving Mobile App:

    1. Launch the Subsplash Giving app on your phone.

    2. Enter your login credentials to access your account.

    3. Tap the Giving section within the app.

    4. Select Manage Payment Methods to view your current payment options.

    5. Choose the payment method you wish to update.

    6. 6. Update Expiration Date: If only the expiration date has changed, update the expiration date field with the new information.

    7. Tap Save to confirm the new expiration date.

    8. If you’d like to add a nickname, you can do so in the Nickname field and tap Save.

    • Your payment method may be linked to a recurring gift. Active payment methods cannot be removed while they are in use.

    • To remove it, first update your recurring gift with a new payment method or cancel the recurring gift.
